Facilitating your service appointment.

● Transportation solutions for customers who leave their vehicle for service; Dealers will get you home safe and bring you back when your vehicle
  is ready
● For customers not able to visit a Dealership, pick-up and drop-off service may be available to bring your vehicle to and from the

Contactless servicing.

● Use of a drop box for keys with envelopes and forms to provide instructions on desired services
  ○ Drop box location and parking options are clearly marked for customers
  ○ Before starting work on the vehicle, Dealers will contact you to ensure that all service requirements are understood and carried out correctly
● Photographs and digital communications may be used to share information and updates

Other sanitary measures.

● Practices are in place to ensure social distancing at our Dealerships
● Hand sanitizer is made readily available at service podiums and entrances / exit points
● Use of seat covers, steering wheel covers and floor mats during servicing and disinfectants after completion of the service
● Electronic payment methods and over-the-phone transactions are encouraged
